Creating a Core Audience

Discover how to create audiences based off your own website’s traffic.

1. Access Visitor Edge:
   • Log in to your Visitor Edge account using your login details.
2. Navigate to Audiences Section:
   • Locate and access the “Audiences” section from the main menu on your Visitor Edge dashboard.
3. Initiate Core Audience Creation:
   • Click on “Create Site Audience” and select “Create Core Audience” from the dropdown menu to begin setting up your Core Audience.
4. Define Audience Details:
   • Select specific Segments that will define the criteria and characteristics of your Core Audience based on website or store data.
5. Customize Core Audience Parameters:
   • Tailor the parameters of your Core Audience to accurately target and engage a defined group of customers aligned with your marketing goals.
6. Save and Activate Core Audience:
   • Click on “Save & Create” to save the Core Audience settings and activate it within Visitor Edge.
7. Monitor Audience Performance:
   • Regularly monitor the performance and engagement of your Core Audience within Visitor Edge.
   • Adjust your Segments to target top performing events identified on your dashboard, providing insights into user actions on your website.
8. Utilize Core Audience in Campaigns:
   • Activate your Core Audience directly to Klaviyo or Meta as a Custom Audience for targeted marketing campaigns.
   • Expand your Core Audience using our built-in Lookalike Audience tool generation.
   • Stay tuned for upcoming integration with more channels by the end of Q3 for enhanced marketing reach.
